Redox Tech announced on Thursday that EOS Remediation – a premier provider of emulsified vegetable oil products – is now a Redox Tech company.

"This acquisition combines industry-leading products and services to provide enhanced capabilities to our valued clients," Redox Tech wrote in a LinkedIn post announcing the acquisition. "EOS Remediation gains the ability to offer turn-key remediation services (in situ products, field implementation, and bench studies) and Redox Tech adds the EOS Remediation product suite to our product offerings."

Brad Elkins, PG and Lydia Ross, PE Ross will remain at EOS Remediation to offer sales and technical support. Founder Ann Borden and head of research and development Dr. Robert Borden, PE, PhD are now moving into retirement.

"Thank you for your contributions to the science of in situ remediation," EOS Remediation wrote in their own LinkedIn post, thanking the departing staff.

Since their incorporation in 2022, EOS Remediation has worked to develop a suite of tools that have been successfully implemented at 1000s of contaminated sites around the world.

They specialize in remediating chlorinated solvents, perchlorate, other explosives, heavy metals and nitrates; neutralizing aquifers to enhance bioremediation or precipitate metals; remediating petroleum hydrocarbons; and degrading chlorinated solvents and 1,4 Dioxane using various microbial cultures.

Recently, EOS Remediation reported an increasing focus on utilizing green and sustainable remediation practices. For almost two decades, EOS has provided natural solutions to remediate contaminated sites, including emulsified vegetable oil (EVO) products. They are food-grade, biodegradable and non-toxic. EOS developed and hold the rights to U.S. Patent #RE40448, U.S. Patent #RE40734, Canadian patent CA #394068 — the result of more than 30 years of research and testing from accomplished scientists and engineers.

Founded in 1995 by Dr. John Haselow, Redox Tech has become one of the leading remediation subcontractors in the United States, providing state-of-the-art services in delivery and formulation for in situ remediation of soil and groundwater.
