***Exhibit spaces are carpeted but do NOT come with furnishings other than 6' table and 2 chairs. Exhibit space does not include power. All exhibitors are responsible for ordering their own additional furnishings, equipment, utilities, and labor which are detailed in the Exhibitor Services Manual

A/V, electrical & internet needs for your booth space are handled through Encore.
Order online through Encore's new online ordering system. Use code REMTEC15 for 15% discounts on orders. Code valid through 10/15.
WiFi is available in the exhibit hall, however it is an open network and meant for checking email. If your exhibit requires streaming or more than just email checking, we suggest you purchase dedicated internet from Encore.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE = September 30, 2025
Exhibitors and sponsors receive complimentary full conference staff registrations based on the level and type of package purchased. The exhibitor/sponsor contact will be provided a customized complimentary registration code via email to redeem their staff registrations.
