Registered attendees may cancel up to 30 days prior to the start date of the conference for a full 100% refund. No refund or credit of any type will be provided for cancellations received within 30 days of the event. All cancellations must be made by the registered attendee by contacting BNP Event Registration Services at email@example.com. Alternate parties may be substituted at any time without penalty
