EHC Associates Expands Mid-Atlantic Presence, Acquires ecoservices and East Coast Concrete Coating
Deal marks EHC’s first major acquisition since being acquired by private investment firm PennSpring Capital in 2021

EHC Associates, a regional leader in abatement and environmental remediation, announced Tuesday the acquisition of ecoservices, LLC, and East Coast Concrete Coating, significantly expanding its reach in the Mid-Atlantic region.
The deal marks EHC’s first major acquisition since being acquired by private investment firm PennSpring Capital in 2021. ecoservices, based in Exton, Pennsylvania, brings nearly 3,000 completed projects and a strong client base in Pennsylvania, with additional avenues for growth in Maryland, New Jersey, and Delaware. East Coast Concrete Coating, a specialty contractor, also joins the EHC platform, broadening the company’s end-to-end remediation service offerings.
Company executives from both EHC and ecoservices cited shared values and deep industry experience as key drivers behind the combination. “ecoservices expands our service area, and EHC adds numerous services to their offering,” said John Hartman, EHC President. “By sharing expertise and best practices, we expect to further strengthen client relationships and win new business.”
Linda DeNenno, President of ecoservices, described the deal as “uniting two teams with similar values, work ethics and dedication to their clients.” East Coast Concrete Coating founder Zack Beitz will join EHC as Chief Operating Officer.
EHC Associates, established in 1983 and backed by PennSpring since 2021, says it plans to pursue further acquisitions, positioning itself as a growth platform for additional remediation and commercial service providers in the region.
