Holloway has over 15 years of electronic security industry experience and holds licenses ranging from low voltage supervisor to certified Oracle DBA. Holloway plays a key role in developing Stanley Convergent Security Solutions’ (Stanley CSS) technology strategy. In his career with Stanley, Holloway developed and led the cutting edge Software Solutions Group (SSG); a team of IT engineers dedicated in supporting Stanley customers with technically sophisticated and custom security solutions converging software platforms with physical security. Holloway holds an Oracle OCP, Microsoft MCTS and enterprise class security certifications.
 
Felix Gonzales - VP Strategic Initiatives & Business Development, Stanley CSS 
As a 20 year security industry expert possessing a far-reaching list of achievements, Gonzales plays a key role in developing Stanley CSS’s vision for security. He has worked on numerous aspects of the electronic security business including sales, marketing, operations, central station monitoring, turn-around and reorganization strategies, training programs, mergers and acquisitions, online management tools, as well as strategic planning. Gonzales has led Stanley CSS’s recent enhancements to its suite of eServices. Gonzales received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University and Master of Business in Marketing from Saint Mary’s College of California.
 
Bill Fitzhenry - VP Field Sales, North America, Stanley CSS 
Fitzhenry has over 25 years of experience in the electronic security industry and has significant experience in developing and implementing market strategies for the electronic security and systems integration marketplace. In addition to leading Stanley CSS’s field sales in North America, he leads the development and implementation of Stanley CSS’s sales training, including the full portfolio of eService offerings. Fitzhenry also leads Stanley’s Custom Solution’s team specializing in high-level security applications. Fitzhenry attended the University of Oregon.
