Randa Coffey is the Environmental Manager at the Veolia North America hazardous waste incineration facility located near Port Arthur and Beaumont, Texas. The Veolia “Port Arthur” Incineration Complex maintains extensive permitting capabilities allowing for the thermal treatment of most RCRA hazardous wastes and PCBs. Randa has held various roles during her 20 year tenure at the facility including Laboratory Chemist and Process Planner before spending the majority of her career in environmental compliance with a focus on site regulatory compliance, permitting, and reporting. Randa has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Tyler.
