Dr. Danielle Stevenson is an environmental toxicologist and mycologist with 15 years of experience developing mycoremediation solutions for land and waste. She holds a PhD in Environmental Toxicology from the University of California, Riverside, where her research focused on novel fungal and plant-based brownfield remediation. Danielle is Founder & Scientific Director of the Centre for Applied Ecological Remediation and CEO of ReMyco, a public-benefit company advancing bioremediation products and services. She previously served as Head of R&D at Hiro Technologies, leading fungal biotechnology development for plastics, and founded initiatives including D.I.Y. Fungi and Healing City Soils. Danielle also serves on California DTSC’s Equitable Community Revitalization Grant Treatment Technology Council and the Board of CoRenewal.
