Dr. White is a testifying expert, an expert reviewer for ARPA-E, NSF, HUD, NIST. Dr. White is an appointed member of the United Nations Environmental Panel (UNEP) and elected fellow of ASTM. Dr. White has published five books, 23 invited book chapters, 100+ publications, and 100+ presentations. Dr. White holds an MBA from University of Maryland, a Ph.D. in Chemistry (University of Wisconsin). Prior to joining Ramboll, he was a scientist at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Dr. White served as a lecturer for the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
