Ms. Leibli is a Hydrogeologist in U.S. EPA’s Region 8 Laboratory Services and Applied Science Division with approximately 25 years of experience serving in both industry and government. Christa has a B.S. and M.S. in Hydrogeology and is a licensed Professional Geologist in multiple states. She provides technical hydrogeological oversight and support for large multi-stakeholder groundwater contaminant delineation and remediation projects across the country. She also has extensive expertise in site characterization, environmental liability and litigation support, contaminant fate and transport, and remediation system optimization.
