Andrew Safulko, P.E. is a Senior Principal Environmental Engineer and serves as the National Technology and Innovation Leader for the Site Investigation, Remediation, and Solid Waste practice at Brown and Caldwell. Andrew received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. Andrew supports private and municipal clientele in developing tailored PFAS solutions; including site characterization, conceptual site model development, treatment technology assessment/implementation, and forensic evaluations. Andrew co-leads the Interstate Technology and Regulatory Councils (ITRC) PFAS Treatment group, which is responsible for developing technical and regulatory PFAS guidance for regulatory, municipal, and private stakeholders.
