Anderson Ellis, PhD is a Research Engineer at the Colorado School of Mines, where he explores the application of novel treatment strategies for PFAS, particularly hydrothermal alkaline treatment (HALT) and emerging surface-modified adsorbents. His research emphases include field pilot deployment, treatment train modeling, life cycle assessment, and co-contaminant destruction. In addition to his research at Mines, Anderson also works with Aquagga, Inc. to commercialize the HALT technology for various PFAS destruction applications.
