Peter Weiner’s legal practice includes more than 35 years of representation of real estate owners and developers, manufacturers, and waste recyclers, in federal, state, and local environmental, regulatory matters, litigation, and legislation. He specializes in Brownfields development and other site remediation involving CERCLA, RCRA, and the Clean Water Act. Since 2003 he has been at the forefront of CA regulatory issues pertaining to vapor intrusion. Prior to private practice Mr. Weiner was Special Assistant to the Governor of California for Toxic Substances Control.
